Practice on accuracy of your fastball. When you conquer that, try learning how to throw a changeup or a curveball. Take it one pitch at a time and practice practice practice. Don’t try to learn to much at once. Focus on accuracy of that fastball for starters.

Practice, just like anybody else who wants to excel.

Listen, watch and learn. Read about good pitchers and what makes them great.

Protect your arm! Throwing too much and/or too hard will damage your arm prematurely.

Focus on your goal. Greatness is as much a matter of will as it is ability.

Mechanics are the most important part of pitching and it all starts from the ground up. Your lower body and core will give your more velocity than your shoulder and elbow. Work them hard. If your mechanics are good your control will improve. If you have a couple pitches to go along with the fastball and can control them you are well on your way. The best pitch to go along with the fastball is a change up. It’s simple to throw and looks like a fastball only slower.
